|The Front of the House When Roger Was Done|
This house in Tryon, NC was different. The former owners had tried diligently to work with the brick, but wound up with too much of a good thing because they painted the siding to match, and used a pastel version of the brick color on the trim, and that didn't feature or flatter it. The new owners wanted a complete transformation, and we were pleased to help them.

My goals for this house were to:
- find colors that coordinated with the brick and the roof
- make the front door a natural focal point
- make the lattice and deck look more harmonious with the house and
- use contrast to create more interest.
